The menu shows that they're in the correct order I want them to play in (each numbered) but when I burn the DVD the order jumps around.

This is really starting to annoy me, whenever I render the video the finished project runs smoothly on all qualities. But it's very hard to edit when you can't see what the video looks like before rendering it.

- is there a method to batch/bulk edit MKV's (and AVI/MPG and other video recording sources, with a possible change of script) to edit all these videos so the solution is viable to be run for future video installments on ape batch basis, not per video
- currently the platform I'm on is Mac OS X for playing and Windows for editing. I am prepared and will create the platform OS on whatever works best
- is there a player out there for Mac OS X or Windows that will do MKV/AVI/MPG etc and normalize post playing, without the need for altering the video audio itself?

As I said, the normalize feature in Media Player Classic has suprisingly worked well, but MPC as a solution isn't that great with playlists. I found a mac video converter is useful, but for windows user, need to use video converter for win or video to audio converter for win, is also good.

I am prepared to reward someone financially but I'm DESPERATE to arise with a solution as time is bolting. If there is one good deed you are able to do, I would be forever greateful for any assistance because I'm losing sleep and potentially losing business if I don't get this sorted.

It looks like if you are mixing few things together.
NTSC and PAL are TV standards and it depend where you live for DVD player to play those.
NTSC region player will not play PAL DVD, unless you purchased special player.
If you are in PAL region, you are luckier, because most of those players will play both formats.
DVD-R or DVD+R depend on you, what you purchased at the store.
Some players are more picky at what format they play, but from your post it looks like you are using some cheap blank DVDs to record, that is why sometime they play sometime not. and dvd ripper or dvd to mp4 will also help u gay.
