邮件自动存取系统是解决邮政行业中邮件包裹的自动存取，以及邮件的计算机管理，是邮政行业业务生产及对外服务工作中不可缺 少的设备。该套系统在北京国际邮局使用以来，已取得了明显的经济效益和升降机社会效益。

1 系统组成

该套系统布置是根据该局包裹库房现有的条件（库房长竟高空间为15 m Χ11.22 m Χ3m）设计的 。主要由货架l、垂直旋转货柜5。取包机10、悬挂运输车3、上包位／出包位或出人包升降机、机动辊 道和计算机控制与管理系统等组成升降机。共设A、B、C3个巷道、一条空中运输系统（D库区）、人工存取包工作区（E库区），可存放近l000个不同 尺寸、重量的邮件。



2 系统功能

2．1入库作业功能

包裹到达后，进行统一编码，即贴上邮件流水号条码，根据邮件的尺寸、重量将包裹分送到A。B、C巷道数个人 包位上或D库区人包升降机上，用条码扫描仪或键盘输人包裹流水号及人包位编码，计算机根 升降机据库存的情况自动分配包裹在货架／垂直旋转货柜上的位置。取包机／悬挂运输车自动将邮件送至指定货位，并将作业完成信息送给管理计算 机，完成人库作业。E库区是由货格组成，每个货格配有条形码和指示灯，人包作业时，由计算机自动分配货格位置并由指示灯明示。工作人员 将包裹随机放人指示灯明示的位置，然后使用扫描器分别扫描包裹无缝管上的流升降平台水号条形码和货格位条 形码，作业完成信息送给管理计算机，完成人格作业。

2．2 出库作业

前台工作人员使用键盘或扫描仪输人包裹单流水号后，取包机／悬挂运输车接到取包指令后，将指定的包裹从货架／ 垂直旋转货柜上取出，并送至机动辊道上运至前台。如果包裹存放在E库区，则对应货格的升降机指示灯闪亮，由工作人员将包裹取出，放人机动辊道 上运至前台。根据包裹的类别打印相应的票据，完成一次出库作业。

3 主要设备及参数

A、B、C各巷道主要是由货架和取包机组成弹簧。货架采用组合 型梳齿式结构，弹簧使存放邮件以及取包机取邮件过程中不需要诸如托盘等辅助设备。

取包机主要由运行车和取包手组成。取包机可在巷道内的轨道上往复运行。取包手可沿运行车的立柱上、下升降，取 包手自身可实现旋转和伸缩。其工作流程为：取包机接受上位机发来的指令后，沿轨道运行至指定位置，同时取包手沿立柱作升降运动，取包 手旋转至指定的位置。到达目的货位时，取包手上的货又开始伸缩，升降机执行存取作业，之数据恢复后 货叉回位，将邮件运至指定的位置。其动作的顺序依靠传感器信息由上位机自动控制。

D库区主要由 3组垂直旋转货柜 5、悬挂运输车3和人包／出包升降 机4、7组成。无缝管垂直旋转货柜具有占地面积小，存储货位多的特点。可实现正反方向旋转。悬挂运输车功能与取包机相同，主要区别是其在 空中进行存取包作业。

4 设备控制方式

取包机、悬挂运输车、垂直旋转货柜和网站优化人包出包升降机等设备运 动机构控制方式分为手动、半自动控制和联机自动3种方式。均由变频调速器调速，PLC控制，获可调起制动过程及3挡速度。

软件系统主要由一个邮件管理数据库及管理。控制软件组成。数据库内容包括邮件编码、邮件信息、邮件位置分配、处理邮 件事件、管理邮件参数等。系统网络采用NT局域网。设计软件为更适于控制应用的Delphi。操作环境为WIN98方式，采用快捷、莱单、触发钮3 种管理方式，在系统工作过程中，任一工作站均可随时退出或进入网络，可同时进行数据录人，并共享查询统计等多项内容。


5．4 管理系统

管理系统包括邮件管理和投递整个过程。主要有：人库、出库管理、邮件查询、录人、修改、统计、打印清单 、打印通知单、邮件催领、退包、邮件保管收费、打印结单、邮件销号及货架显示等。橡胶模具操作人员对邮件进行各种操作，如取包、销号、统计清 单打印等，系统还记录操作人员和操作时间。

三是浅源地震。汶川地震不属于深板块边界的效应，发生在地壳脆——韧性转换带，震源深度为10千米——20千米，因此破坏性巨大。
