Howdy new guy here. I've uploaded 5 songs. They streamed one time. Now they wont play. Any clue whats up? Thanks.

Heh... I'm actually looking into it right now. Well, not right now, but I was until I stopped to type this reply ;). I'll post here again when I get it figured out.

The short answer is that your music files are all still there, and the playlist file is just a little wonky.

No problem! I think I have it working now. We've been working on a lot of features recently (new ones and improving existing ones), so sometimes in the process existing features can behave in some unexpected ways. Thanks for catching this for us.

One note: I had to do some detective work to put each mp3 file with the proper song on your playlist; give your list a listen when you have a minute just to make sure I put the songs in the right slots. If not, let me know and I'll make the proper adjustments.

Thanks for taking the time to upload some music, too. We're pretty stoked about the Artists program, so the more participation, the better.

So far I'm really diggin the site. Can listeners come along and add my tunes to their playlists?

Yep everything is in the propper slot and the songs seem to be playin now.

It's actually pretty easy for them to add the songs in one sense. The plus sign that appears next to each song on a playlist adds songs to the Live Playlist (top right corner of the site), which is meant to allow people to build playlists as they browse around.

As for also allowing people to listen to the files that you've uploaded from the playlists that they build, well, that's not a feature we've implemented yet. But we believe that it would be a cool thing to do, sometime in the future, so I'd say that it's definitely in the cards.
