How the heck do you (or can you?) create hyperlinks in the description for playlists?

I've tried html a hrefs and the generally standard [url=] [/url] and neither work and I can't see any help or hints regarding how to.

You can't just yet, but you will soon (i.e. within the week) as I've wanted that too. We'll keep you posted.
