So I'm a self-harmer trying to stop, and I'm looking to make a playlist of songs to listen to when I feel the temptation to cut. I'm looking for songs like "The Way She Feels" by Between The Trees, "Rise Above This" by Seether, "Hero" by Superchick. Things like that.

these are actually some pretty hardcore songs,
but man, with the spill canvas for this you can't go wrong.

a couple of them are to show you you'd be missed,
a couple for helping you out,
and a couple of comedy uplifting songs to get a smile on your face.
