Actually, I was interested in the soundtrack way before I ever saw an episode of Samurai Champloo. Anyways, Nujabes is one of the best hip-hop/nu-jazz/lounge producers--I personally think--that can change the rap game straight from across the Pacific. It's not just rap that this guy could produce, it's more like a mixture of house and jazz, it's definately mello and nice to listen to when you can relate to instrumentals more than words can describe.
