This is a good one to put on when you know you should really, really go to bed. Most have a nice slow, steady beat to rock you gently into a comatose state. Remember, you have to get up in the morning, and no one likes zombies. I cut this one down to 30 songs, because a 2.7 hour "going to bed" playlist is a tad redundant. Listen to the last 5 or 6 for a complete shut down of you system!
