I know that when I feel depressed and utterly alone I turn to music. Not uptempo music however, I prefer my music to reflect my current emotional state so that I can just drain myself of every bit of depression that I am going through. These songs have proven to be the best in helping me out, they might do the same for you or just put you in an extremely more depressed mood than you were in before!
