Some newbies for me are thrown in there, but mostly this is a mix based on the sound/feel of Stars and Feist (two of my favorite bands, in that order). The mix is intended to be warm and fairly upbeat, but still gentle because it's February in Toronto so it just doesn't seem appropriate to be *too* crazily uptempo for no reason..heh. Basically, this is the type of mix I'll throw on during the day to savor, or listen to while walking to class (at the same time pretending I'm walking somewhere a little more interesting and sophisticated...like maybe around Paris?).
