I usually only listen to one playlist in the gym for a few months, or until I no longer get insanely pumped from it.
This playlist was forged from countless workouts and meal preparations and sprinters' workouts. So, without further ado:
Step 1) While the rest of the football team is out doing drugs, drinking, and partying on Friday and Saturday nights:*
Make a protein shake and stop by the gas station for a gigantic can of Monster Energy (Blue - it's low carb).
Step 2) Drink half the can.
Step 3) Head out for the gym and begin the playlist. Listen to "Battle Without Honor Or Humanity".
Step 4) Begin lifting as "Blow Me Away" begins.
Step 5) Proceed to have the most kickass workout of your life.
Step 6) Repeat steps 4 and 5 until desired physique is attained.
Step 7) Go do a few sprints to carve those abs from granite.
Step 8) Head home for another protein shake.
