So, it's been a while...FIQL is now slicker than ever, and I've been neglecting my stash-o-playlists. I've also moved across the country. So, there's less nights at Mod and more nights listening to my music on my computer or jogging on a treadmill with the songs below in my ears. All of these songs are favorites from our nights there and all of them make for great running tunes. The choice of songs was deliberate, as was the lengh of the total playlist (60 minutes, poifect for gym time) and the order. It starts off at brisk walking pace, then gets up up up, then comes down a bit...almost like dancing to them, but sadly not nearly as fun. Also makes for some great pace changes...easy to get stuck in a plodding rut...these songs will bring ya back up (though having the crazy dancers and inebriated helicoptering DJ as a visualization helps too).
