Another great one is "People Get Ready" by The Impressions

I'm A Train is another good one. It's a chamber choir-ish kind of song, but I highly reccomend it!

What a great list! Thanks! How about City of New Orleans (Arlo Guthrie), King Of The Road (Roger Miller), Long Train Runnin' (Doobie Brothers), Midnight Train (Journey), Midnight Train To Georgia (Gladys Knight & the Pips), Morning Train (Nine To Five) (Sheena Easton), and The Loco Motion (Grand Funk Railroad and/or Little Eva).

Hello, another good train song that probably it is not in the same category is El Son de la Negra (Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlan). If you listen to it, the beginning resembles how an old steam locomotive started. This song was composed during the Mexican Revolution to portray the importance of trains in that time.
