Best club in Toronto, as far as I'm concerned is The Mod Club...okay, it might have something to do with knowing a few connected friends...who can get in without waiting, can throw our coats in the back, and get "preferential" treatment at the bar (read: wine glass that is entirely full). But it still wouldn't be worth going if the music wasn't so friggin awesome. Stuff you know, stuff you love, old classics, up and comers, britpop, candian indies (and everything alternative in between) it's all there. After being back there again this past weekend, I got the urge to go through my music collection and pick out the songs that were played over the weekend (that I can, erm, remember...).
