Hey all you out there in internet-land! Ever see those people who lovingly are refered to as yuppies? You know, the ones with the scarfs and the organic free trade coffee? The folks who are just oozing social responsibility while reminding you of several inconveinent truths about your recycling habbits. And who can overlook their seemingly overreaching grasp on social issues while not seeming "fanatic". Well living and working in Seattle has introduced me and saturated me in this lifestlye and I have the perfect playlist to help you better get along with and understand your pretentious "indie-rock" friends and co-workers. Feel free to use this however you will. Play it a little too loud in your headphones at the corner coffe-shop, strike up a conversation with the guy you work for at that start up design company, or impress that girl you ask out at a date whom you met at the used book store. Keep in mind, there is a reason why these people like this music, its actually good. Use with caution. Oh and dont forget to leave your beastie boys CD at home when you pick that girl up, otherwise she wont belive you.
